Here are three little videos I shot when I was at the Espy on New Year's Day.
This is quite possibly Logistics, but I'm not sure.
This is Logistics or Commix, with a shot of my friend Nick's face at the very end.
This is Noisia, with one of their fantastic breakdowns at the end.

January
It took me so long to get those Australian photos up that I barely had a chance to write about the epic month that was January, which was somewhat of a rollercoaster of fun, fun, and then more fun.
I arrived back in New York on January 4th and promptly fell asleep. The next night I met up with Jes, Gabriela and Rachel and went to see Goldie at Sullivan Room, which was awesome, but photoless, since I left my camera charger at my sister's place in Sydney on New Years' day thanks to a packing frenzy. My first week at work flew by -- had some drinks one night with colleagues, went to the opening reception for The One Club's "What I'd Rather Be Doing" exhibition with Anne and ran into a guy I worked with at Lowe -- and I spent the weekend in much-needed mellow state, going down to Park Slope on Friday for drinks at an Australian bar with Sarah and Cristina and Saturday night in my pajamas watching The Thomas Crown Affair on my sofa. Sunday I met Catrina for a coffee and then went to check out the New Museum on the Bowery, which I shall probably be recapping on my other blog sometime soon. That Friday, Beau came into town so a bunch of us Miami Ad School graduates met up at Anne's and headed to Lolita, which was playing dreadful emo music by the time we arrived, and so headed on to another bar nearby which was playing an incredibly fun array of pop music all mashed-up and amazing. The next night I went over to Bushwick and hung out at Rachel's, and then we headed to HUGS in Williamsburg for a '90s music dance party. Here are the lone two photos from that night.

We danced up a storm, then went back to Rachel's apartment and bugged the neighbours by blasting music and dancing around her living room 'til the sun was almost up. I passed out on her sofa and then headed back into Manhattan.
The next week flew by and the next weekend was marked with two quality nights out, the first being Trouble & Bass at Love, where I ran into my friend Ryan, then a fellow Miami Ad School student who had interned at Lowe when I first started working there last year, and finally into Vahbiz. Thankfully everyone conserved their energy for Saturday night (or tried to), as Rachel's apartment in Brooklyn hosted a big fun party.

Rufus.

Rachel, the birthday girl.

Grace.

Joey and Jes.

Jake, a British fellow who had randomly been brought to Rachel's house party.

Steve and Rufus.

I spread the love to our British friends.

Eric and Rachel, cutting it up on the dancefloor.

Rony with friend.

Super awesome fun party, wish there could be great parties like this all the time, but I suppose if there were great parties I'd have nothing to look forward to. That, or a severe case of exhaustion.
Anyway, things have finally simmered down since then, just have been quite busy and productive at work, and looking forward to visiting San Francisco and Marin at the end of March. And this weekend was fun, but a lot less intense than the preceeding ones -- hit up Let It Roll at Sullivan Room with Rachel, where we ran into Keith, Rufus, and Jes and spent Saturday night having a few drinks with Tennille in my neighbourhood, catching up and brainstorming/scheming new business ventures.
Hopefully my camera charger will arrive soon and I can get back into taking regular photos of la vida nueva york. Besitos a todos! xx
